Waveletic LLC is an Ohio limited liability company at 11320 Grandstone Ln, Montgomery, OH 45249. We sell and perform sessions in the United States only, and this site is intended for visitors in the United States.

The form asks for your name, email address, role, the team or club, where the team trains, how many swimmers, your preferred dates, and anything you want to tell us. You choose what to put in it, and nothing is sent until you submit it.

The submission is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, and it reaches one inbox. There is no mailing list, and we do not add you to one. We do not sell inquiries or share them for advertising.

Please keep swimmers out of the form. If you need to tell us something about a particular swimmer, wait until the session is arranged and send it to us directly.

The site sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and includes no analytics service. We do not track you across other websites, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps ordinary server logs in order to deliver and protect it. Those records can include your IP address, the file requested, the time, and your browser and device type. They are Vercel's operational records and follow their retention schedule.

During a session the bands record movement from a swimmer's body while they swim. The recording holds motion measurements. It holds no audio, no video, and no images.

Recordings are imported and analyzed on a computer we control, not in a web service, and they are not uploaded to this website. Visiting waveletic.com does not transmit any swimmer's recording or report.

Along with the recording we keep what the analysis needs and what lets us reach the right person: the swimmer's name or an identifier the team gives us, their basic body measurements, and the team they swim for.

Most swimmers we record are minors. We record a swimmer only when the team has obtained permission from that swimmer's parent or legal guardian beforehand, and we ask the team to confirm this in writing before the session. We do not seek permission directly from a swimmer.

A parent or legal guardian may ask us what we hold for their swimmer, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do that at no cost. Deleting a recording removes the basis for the report, so the report goes with it.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through it.

A swimmer's report goes to the person who arranged the session, normally the coach, and to the swimmer's parent or guardian on request. We do not publish reports, and we do not give one team's results to another.

We may use recordings to check and improve how the analysis works. When we do, we work from the measurements rather than from names, and nothing identifying a swimmer appears in any published or shared material without written permission from that swimmer's parent or guardian.

Two providers touch website information in the course of doing their jobs: Vercel hosts the site, and Resend delivers the inquiry email. Neither receives session recordings.

Beyond that we disclose information only when the law requires it, when it is needed to protect someone's safety or our rights, or if the business is ever transferred, in which case the same commitments follow the information.

Inquiries are kept while we are talking with you and afterward as an ordinary business record. Recordings and reports are kept while the team is working with us, so that a later session can be compared against an earlier one, and we delete them on request.

The site is served over HTTPS. Recordings and reports are held on encrypted storage that we control, and access is limited to the people who need it to do the analysis. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

Write to coaches@waveletic.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm who you are before we act on a request about a swimmer.
